Designed in close collaboration with elite athletes, the On Cloudboom Strike 2 was created to redefine the boundaries of speed in road races, from the half marathon to 42 km.
At the heart of the shoe is the innovative BounceBoard structure made from Helion™ HF superfoam with a Pebax base: ultra-responsive cushioning is placed in direct contact with the foot, eliminating the traditional insole to reduce weight and maximize energy return with every stride. Propulsion is driven by the spoon-shaped carbon fiber Speedboard® plate, designed to promote a smooth transition and propel you forward while reducing muscle fatigue over long distances. The setup is completed by the ultra-light and breathable engineered mesh upper, designed to ensure a precise and essential lockdown.
